We will be completing the installation and testing of essential safety equipment at Bebside Level Crossing (see Image below for location) in advance of the re-opening of the Northumberland Line from 10pm on Saturday 13 July to 10pm on Tuesday 16 July (24/7).
The works will require a full road closure for vehicles and pedestrians at the level crossing. A diversionary route, which has been agreed with the council, will be clearly sign posted. A shuttle bus will be provided to support pedestrian users during this closure.

We understand that working near your homes and working overnight is far from ideal and we are sorry in advance for any disruption these essential works may cause. Our teams have been briefed and will be mindful when carrying out this work, making sure all the relevant mitigations are in place to avoid excess noise.
