If you're planning on travelling on the Northumberland Line this weekend, here's a handy reminder on how easy it is to buy a ticket for your journey.
Buying your ticket in advance is really easy and you can buy on the Northern website or download the Northern app. In a recent month, just over 70% of Northern's customers bought their ticket digitally before they travelled and it's so easy to do.

You can also buy your ticket from the ticket vending machine on every Northumberland Line station and pay with a debit or credit card, plus if you want to pay cash, you can get a "Promise to Pay" ticket.
